Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
On the third Monday in January, we celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. and his life. He had a resounding impact on his own times which we still feel today. As we head into Black History Month, we are charged with finding meaningful ways to integrate the study of this important historical figure in our classrooms.
