John Locke and Natural Rights

John Locke argued for limited government. The Social Contract set forth by Thomas Hobbes was able to be dissolved if the goverment did not fulfill its obligation of securing the people's natural rights: life, liberty, and property. Therefore, Locke openly questioned the 'divine right' of Kings.
