Staying Healthy While Teaching

Keep wet cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer on hand. This is especially important for staying healthy at the beginning of the year and during the flu season. You will probably find that you will be sicker when you are a new teacher but each year brings a different variety of cold and flu. It's a good idea to clean the desks every few days, and definitely clean anyone's desk who appears to be sick.
