Teaching Tip of the Day

Requiring students to put not only their full names but also the date on every piece of student work can help you organize your grading and their work. This also helps you remember if someone was absent or turned in an assignment late. Students will follow your lead on this and as long as you consistently enforce it from the beginning of the school year will become second nature to them.
