Comprehension Category Description:
In Bloom’s Taxonomy, the comprehension level is where students begin to show that they understand the meaning of what they have learned.
Comprehension moves beyond the basic parroting of facts found at the knowledge level. However, students have not begun applying what they’ve learned at this point. As such, it is a key foundation to learning.
